Returns and Exchanges

Amanda Nelson Design Co does not accept order cancelations or returns.  We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  Contact the shop with any inquiries on exchanges. We reserve the right to deny or accept exchanges based on each situation.  

To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@andcpins.com If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping unless deemed otherwise.  Items sent back to us, without first requesting an exchange, will not be accepted. 

Grading 

A Grade: means that you are getting the best quality pin with little to no flaws. Some flaws are normal in all pins depending on the effects, size, and design.  If the flaw can only be seen up close, under direct lighting, or at certain angles it will be considered an A Grade.
B Grade: means you are getting a pin with one or more flaws for a discounted price. These flaws can include specs of dust, incorrect color placement, damaged metal, enamel under fill or over fill and more.
C Grade: means you are getting a pin with more noticeable flaws for the highest discounted price. These flaws are more noticeable and can be seen without needing a close up of the pin. These flaws can include mistakes in the screen print, bigger scratches or dents, uneven epoxy and more.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Amanda Nelson Design Co ships once weekly, usually on Monday's. If there is a holiday or personal emergency on the date of shipment, the orders will be shipped the next available business day.

All packages are shipped with USPS. Once packages are shipped, delivery time is out of my control. On average domestic orders should arrive between 3 to 5 business days and international orders should arrive between 1 to 3 months. Delays may occur. Please contact us if your package has not arrived.

My order is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Most mailing issues can be solved directly with your post carrier. We do not offer any refunds for items lost during transit, please refer to your local carrier store for further assistance.  We may however replace the package if we have the inventory to do so.  Contact us at sales@andcpins.com to inquire.

I put the wrong address and have already checked out.

If you accidentally input an incorrect shipping address, please contact us asap at sales@andcpins.com so we can change the address before shipping. If your package has already shipped the only thing we can do is wait for the package to get returned and we will be happy to reship it however, customers are responsible for a reshipping postage fee.

Customs Fees (International Buyers)

Amanda Nelson Design Co is a United States based company. We are not responsible for any and all custom related fees. Customers are responsible for paying for any and all import duty/VAT fees. All custom fees are different depending on what country you're purchasing from. It is the customers responsibility to know their own countries fees and regulations, we do not provide specifics on these legal matters.
